i reached out through the website once and through phone calls 2-3 times. i got nothing back from them. i am disappointed that they made no effort to tell me they were booked or whatever. :-(

Brandon's crew does great work with cleaning and repairs, but it comes at a cost and were it not for the crew's performance, I would give the company a lower rating. When I called for a cleaning quote for my Bull bbq the owner, Brandon, provided me with a detailed explanation as to how Bull bbqs may not hold up as well as other brands and can be expensive to repair and given the age of mine (8 years), while I did not think there was anything wrong with it, I began to wonder if it wouldn't just be better to replace it rather ... read more

When my 5 years old Alfresco became inoperable close to the holidays I was not sure that it would be fixed in time. I called BBQ Repair Doctor and they did the job. They were fast and scheduled an appointment the next day. I am so happy that my family was able to enjoy a nice barbecue this weekend! Very reliable and convent service. Price was a lot less then what I thought it would be. Highly recommended service!
