Love the BBQ, very unhappy with the the delays and constant excuses. This ended up being a 7 week process. Husband dug the trenches for the electricity while owner stood and watched him. Then had the nerve to add extra charges of $174.00 for labor to install 1 outlet. To say the least the owner needs to step up his customer service and stop making excuses for his lack of planning and just plain annoying excuses.
