This company called me 5 days straight (so far), all day from 8 am to 8 pm. 7 different reps are all competing for my attention from the same company. That was enough to say "absolutely not." Poor marketing choices like these indicate company disorganization. I would not trust them with a home loan as a result. Terrible customer service. If I could give you no star I would. Representive getting mad because I wouldn’t proceed my pre-qualification with him. This company is a joke.
I ended up closing with this company. Horrible experience. Point of contact lied on every phone call. Documents changed every interaction. Rate I was promised went up because they failed to lock it in and are greedy. To top it off they sold the loan before even the first payment. Avoid this company at all cost!
