Ever since moving to the Fort Worth area, I have been looking for a new nail salon to call home. I stumbled across BB nail spa online one day and have not stopped coming sense. The customer service is sensational, and every set that I have received has lasted and looked beautiful from start to finish. The team here is so friendly and does such quality work, I couldn’t recommend it more.
Amazing service! The front staff acknowledges you by your name. Always asks if you would like a beverage. Prompt service especially when scheduling an appt. Ben (always use him for my dip nail appts) and his wife are both amazing and very professional. Very pleased to finally have a nail salon home.
I love this place, the service is always fast, nice and gentle. I became a regular client a few months ago and I recommend it 100%
Worst pedicure I ever had! In and out in 20 mins . Smackin my leg and pullin on my leg instead of talkin or communicating pulled towel out from u der my feet and rushed through the entire process. Def not worth the money . Also didn’t even paint my toes the right color. Def would never recommend nor come again!
Love the way my nails look and everyone is so friendly!
