I absolutely LOVE my chair. Great experience !
My complete order was not fulfilled after a year. Local sales person Natasha was full of excuses. Reached out to B&B Italia corporate. After a few months of working with them to fix their mess we asked them to cancel the order. A complete waste of 14 months.
Phone was answered by a rude Sales person called Natasha, snickered and laughed. Said I did not know how to pronounce an article name. Nasty and ugly attitude sales lady. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Edit: Natasha, you did not provide "an exceptional customer service" and should not take any "pride" in your nasty attitude.
