I was there on Friday with a Groupon for regular mani and pedi, it was my first time and I was excited. I have to admit they did offer me shellac for more lasting results but at that moment it wasn't in my plans as I wanted something easy to take off later if needed. I can say the lady in charge was very kind and enthusiastic, while the nail technician was serious and quite. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A WAXING!!!! Very disappointed AND IN PAIN. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a terrible experience here. What should have been a quick 15-minute wax took over an hour due to poor technique. She repeatedly went over the same areas without applying new wax, tugging at my hairs without actually removing them, which caused a lot of unnecessary pain and irritation.
