Always very easy and professional to interact with. From the office staff to the techs, this is the best AC company in Lee county.
Ricky came out on Superbowl Sunday to help my senior parents get their unit back up and running. He was kind and patient and so knowledgeable.
This was the first time using B&B. Our service man was Jim Penate-Martinze. He did an outstanding job informing us of all of his testing, while showing us the results. The experience was great! We were obviously apprehensive with the prospect of having our HVAC system evaluated. The tech, Jim Penate-Martinez, was articulate and uber-professional and a pleasure to work with. It almost made spending big bucks for a new system enjoyable. He demonstrated with screen shots all of his findings & his eventual recommendations were spot-on.
I e been a customer of B&B for close to 15 years I believe. I’m also on their maintenance plan. My most recent scheduled maintenance day, I was assigned Mr. Jim Penate-Martinez. B&B has always been very good about sending text messages that include arrival windows as well as a picture of the technician. Upon meeting Jim, I showed him where everything was located and he layed out his plan of what all he was going to do in order as well as even asked if I needed filters replaced.
