We had a perfect experience with B&B from my call through the technicians review at the end. I called B&B because they installed my unit three years ago. They had a record of my install. They were able to get me scheduled for the same day. I received text confirmation and then again when Jim, my repair person, was on his way. Jim arrived and clearly explained his process as well and the biannual maintenance he will be completing. My mom has been a long time customer of B&B. Rafael has been to our house on several of these calls and we think he is absolutely excellent. Very nice personality, friendly, explains everything so that there’s no questions lingering. He gets in gets his work done All with a smile on his face. We really don’t want any other technician coming out to our place except for Rafael. It’s been a pleasure working with him.
