I discovered a carpet cleaning service through a simple Google search. We hadn’t had our carpets or a few large rugs cleaned since moving to Birmingham years ago! I had Chase and his team come to clean our upstairs carpet and stairs. I expected them to look good when they finished, and they did! We’ve had other companies clean our carpets before, and while they looked nice at first, old stains would often resurface after a week. We have a puppy and kids, which means our carpet gets pretty dirty. We had tried another cleaning company before, but their service wasn't effective. I had a fantastic experience with B&B Carpet & Steam Pros! I was worried that the carpet cleaning would take forever, like when the cable company gives you a long wait. The team is absolutely fantastic! They managed to remove three stains from our carpet that my wife and I thought were impossible to get rid of—old paint stains from years ago. They also took care of our kitchen and dining room grout and tile, which hadn't been cleaned in 13 years.
