Similar to others, I saw no change after treatment with v-beam, which I raised and was told it was normal and would require more treatments. However, I had this exact same treatment ten years ago and saw immediate improvement. I do not recommend.

I had V-beam laser treatments here after being told in consultation I could expect approximately 70% improvement in facial redness after a series of sessions. I completed 3 out of 4 treatments, but there was no visible improvement at any stage. The first two sessions were performed at relatively low settings, with only a slight increase in the third. I came in for my initial appointment, but the door was locked and no one was there. I called many times but no one answered. I think this is very unprofessional. I wasted time from my busy schedule.

Dr. Chan is great, very friendly and professional. I’ve had laser hair removal and next up is treatment for facial veins. Clinic is very clean, very good staff and reasonable prices, highly recommend.
