I love Dr. Teslinko! I’m sad that she will be leaving soon but she helped me so much through this year. She is comforting and informative. Grateful to have her as my doctor for the time being!
Spoke with customer service today her name was Amber! She was kind and patient in guiding me through the Telehealth system.
Amber is the greatest!!!! She went over and beyond to ensure I was able to keep my appointment today. Her customer service is top tier! I can’t remember the last time I spoke to someone, who deals with the public, that was enthusiastic to help and solution focused. I really can’t thank her enough for her kindness. I'm grateful Amber answers because EVERYONE ELSE I'VE ENCOUNTERED HAS AN UGLY/NASTY ATTITUDE AND CUT YOU OFF BEFORE YOU EVEN ASK THEM STUFF AND BE LOUD AND WRONG ABOUT WHAT YOU MIGHT NEED FROM WHATEVER AREA.
