Dr. Osbourne is inexperienced to deal with patients and doesn't know what he's talking about. He falsely accused me of lying to him and used that false accusation to deny me treatment. I would go so far as to say he's actually dangerous to people seeking treatment.
Please avoid this place at all costs! I should known better given their current google review but this is where my daughter’s insurance assigned us; as it was the closest one to Biloxi within the insurance network that provided what she needs. They aren’t the best but I’ve never had major issues until today. My daughter’s CRNP moved to another location so she was assigned to new one. Dr. Sinclair has been such a kind, caring and professional clinician for my children. He listens to them patiently and takes the time to really find solutions to their various struggles.
Literally the worst mental health facility I have EVER gone to in my 13 years of getting help. Never answer the phones, never return calls, takes days to get medicine requests refilled after calling MULTIPLE times to essentially have to harass them for MY medication that THEY did not give me enough refills of to last between appointments. If my pharmacy sends a request to have authorization to refill my medication, I should not have to call 2-4 times afterwards over the span of multiple days to actually get those refills aut... read more
I had the absolute best experience here. I had adult ADHD testing, which took about four hours. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and helpful. The receptionist were inviting and told me exactly what to do, before testing a gentleman came out and explained it to me, and the woman (I forgot her name) who did the testing was so nice and patient. Dr. Wanda is the best! She has such a calming presence and is so good at making me feel comfortable enough to talk with her about anything. I'm so grateful to all of these people for imp... read more
