Amber is the greatest!!!! She went over and beyond to ensure I was able to keep my appointment today. Her customer service is top tier! I can’t remember the last time I spoke to someone, who deals with the public, that was enthusiastic to help and solution focused. I really can’t thank her enough for her kindness. Sooooo when I call... I'm grateful Amber answers because EVERYONE ELSE I'VE ENCOUNTERED HAS AN UGLY/NASTY ATTITUDE AND CUT YOU OFF BEFORE YOU EVEN ASK THEM STUFF AND BE LOUD AND WRONG ABOUT WHAT YOU MIGHT NEED FROM WHATEVER AREA. Great doctors, but the front desk is extremely disorganized. Communication is poor, appointments get canceled, and there’s no coordination. Had to switch clinics because of it.
Charged my card 200 without my consent and without them notifying me if I had a balance. I’ve been dealing with this place for years and it’s always been a problem with the front staff being unprofessional and now this. Thank you Bayview for ruining my bank account and my day. I wanted to update my post to thank Amber at Bayview for being so kind and patient with me on trying to fix what happened to my account. It was a rough morning but Amber brought joy to my heart by helping me.
I dont understand the negative reviews. I have been a patient for 5+ years and have always had a great experience with them. Front desk, staff in the back and physicians. I see PA sarah Howard now and I love her!! She is so personable and really takes her time!
