We were very happy with the care we received! My son got his first pair of contacts and it was a very positive experience. Everyone was very patient with him as he found the exact pair that worked best for him. We have been coming to Bayview for a few years now and it is always a quick, easy, friendly experience!!
I have been in this office since I was 9 years old, and the values have remained the same. Both Dr. Blaize and Laurie have been nothing but kind every time I enter the office, helping me with everything from contacts to glasses to above and beyond eye care. They keep me coming from Rochester to this office, and I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

I had to leave my original (since 1989) eye doctor due to insurance changes. After trying a place that made me feel terrible because my eyes are weak, I found Bayview. Dr. Blaze is quick and professional, the girls that work there are kind and attentive. I recently found out that our insurance changed again and I could go back to my original doctor, Bayview is so great I chose to stick with them.
I really like working with Dr Blaize and his staff at Bayview. The girls make it easy and fun when trying to make up my mind with new glasses. Dr. Blaize is very thorough with the exams and explains everything well.
Love Bayview Optical! The staff is awesome and always gives you personal attention that makes your visit a pleasant one. Wouldn't go anywhere else
Even though Dr. Blaize scolded me because I didn't change my contacts out enough, I knew it was coming from a caring place. If he didn't care he would not have reprimanded my poor behavior when it comes to safe contact care management. He is not just my doctor but a hero and a champion of all my eye health care needs...even though he did yell at me a little.
