After my doctor of 11 years retired, I’ve been looking for a new doctor. I called this practice to be told they weren’t taking new patients, but the receptionist said she would talk to Dr.Gock and get back to me. She called to say he would see my husband and I. My experience was seamless. Maria at the front was extremely helpful and patient. I have had numerous legal case conferences with Dr Brandenburger and was so impressed by how thorough he is with his patients, I became one. Had a consult with him yesterday, he was personable and extremely thorough. Highly recommend! For the chronic whingers: having just moved from Sydney, most Dr’s are booked out down here and it’s no different in Sydney.
I have been a patient at this practice going on 3 years now. I am absolutely disgusted in the way I am addressed and spoken to by the admin. Unbelievably rude obnoxious judgemental and continuously treat me with complete disrespect and disregard me like my health does not matter and nor do I. Perhaps reception needs to value potential patients and customers. My experience on making a simple appointment enquiry was that the person who handled the call was very disinterested in my query. As this forms my first impression of the entire practice it’s not serving the business well.
Dr Gock is a GP who I first consulted 15 years ago, with a condition that other GPS had no answers for. His unusual aquapuncture technique worked within 24 hours. I visited him again a couple of months ago with long term bronchitis, having coughed for 12 weeks and was truly exhausted. I had tried everything from cough syrups to steroids. Again the same aqua treatment saw the cough stop within 3 days. Dr Gock is kind and astute and looks beyond the obvious. Highly recommend.
