After my doctor of 11 years retired, I’ve been looking for a new doctor. I called this practice to be told they weren’t taking new patients, but the receptionist said she would talk to Dr.Gock and get back to me. She called to say he would see my husband and I. My first appointment with Dr. Gock was today and I found him to be very friendly, receptive to my needs and very helpful. My experience was seamless. Maria at the front was extremely helpful and patient. I have had numerous legal case conferences with Dr Brandenburger and was so impressed by how thorough he is with his patients, I became one. Had a consult with him yesterday, he was personable and extremely thorough. Highly recommend! For the chronic whingers: having just moved from Sydney, most Dr’s are booked out down here and it’s no different in Sydney.
I have been a patient at this practice going on 3 years now. I am absolutely disgusted in the way I am addressed and spoken to by the admin. Unbelievably rude obnoxious judgemental and continuously treat me with complete disrespect and disregard me like my health does not matter and nor do I.
