Timely with appointment. Very polite and informative.
Our family had our teeth cleaned recently by Dr. Faulkner's staff. I thought that we would be sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, waiting on each one of us to have our teeth cleaned. I was wrong. They took us in at the same time, had a person to help us all individually. Dr. Faulkner had to have my 14-year-old daughter come back for additional work. She was terrified. The staff provided excellent care as always. I cannot say enough about the manner that I am treated when I come in to this office. Last but not least (actually foremost), I love the professional care and advice that Dr Faulkner provides. Sylvia and Tracey are charmers.
Neta is wonderful, very friendly and efficient. Not an issue with this appointment but would prefer that you not depend solely on internet to schedule appointments. My husband put in a requested time which wasn't available but rather than the office calling to find an appropriate time they just keep e-mailing. Why bother with the back and forth of this isn't available please pick another time via e-mail. He called and left a message to make an appointment but never received a call back, just another e-mail to schedule an app... read more
Dr Lafrenz performed a difficult filling very well. The shot was painless as was his drilling. He explained every step as he went along. Friendly and professional.
Excellent services. I have had routine cleanings, root canal and implant with Dr. Faulkner. Always excellent and great staff.
