I was given an appointment the same day I called since I had to cancel my first appointment. I arrived on time and was immediately met by Chris for my cleaning. It's nice that even the receptionist knows me when I arrive. Everyone is very courteous.

What a fabulous experience I had with my first visit to your office. So through and complete with explanation and service. I have never had such personal attention as I received from Dr. Lafrenz and RDH Patel. Both have a great sense of humor and indulged me with mine. My visit in your office has always been a good one. Neeta is my hygienist and she is always very thorough and keeps my comfort in mind. She is also very friendly and I enjoy a few brief moments hearing about her lovely family. We have been with Dr. Faulkner and his staff since 2000. They are State Of The Art - fast, efficient and painless. Chris is our long time hygienist. She is excellent and keeps us on track with cleanings and checkups.
