Fantastic experience through the whole process. Steve is the best. Absolutely brilliant. We have had no issues with our van. Our daughter has even bought one as we couldn’t recommend them enough. Steve goes the extra mile with all the explanations on how to use everything in the van. Thanks Steve.
OMG where do we start. We had a bad experience with another Caravan company, so I was very devious about dealing with another Caravan company. November last year we came across Bayswater caravan and repair Centre in Warrnambool at a caravan show. We ran into the owner Steve and he approached us. Are you looking for a Caravan and I said yes but my partner said no. At the end of the day, Steve and my partner sat down and designed our caravan. Great service.Love my Adventurer
Booked our caravan in for a service. Had to take the morning off work to drop it in as it’s 40 minutes away from me. When we arrived they said they didn’t have space today for the service even though it’s been booked in. We go away on holiday this week and now have to find someone else to fit us in. No compensation or care either. Beware if you want to book in!
Fantastic experience from start to finish with great communication. Steve made the process smooth and easy for us as first time buyers of a caravan. He listened to exactly what we wanted so we didn't have to compromise on anything. We couldn't be happier with our Aussie Fivestar Caravan.
