Booked our caravan in for a service. Had to take the morning off work to drop it in as it’s 40 minutes away from me. When we arrived they said they didn’t have space today for the service even though it’s been booked in. We go away on holiday this week and now have to find someone else to fit us in. No compensation or care either. Beware if you want to book in!
Fantastic experience from start to finish with great communication. Steve made the process smooth and easy for us as first time buyers of a caravan. He listened to exactly what we wanted so we didn't have to compromise on anything. We couldn't be happier with our Aussie Fivestar Caravan.

Absolutely bitterly disappointed. Was promised that Steve could park the caravan I bought anywhere. What a joke. The caravan I purchased Is still on the road waiting to be put into place as promised. On top of that there was supposed to be a fridge with the purchase to not forth coming. Still trying to get the fridge and believe this or not my paperwork for the caravan I bought that was supposed to come with the caravan on drop off. 3 month later. First time caravan buyer.
