If you’re wanting to be heard and listened to I suggest going elsewhere. I wanted to explain something to the dentist but she cut me off and said she didn’t want to take responsibility for my teeth moving (I wanted wire removed). I have never felt more helpless in my life, my choice did did not matter, it was the dentist’s choice what happened regarding my care.
I consulted Dr.smithaVincent regarding a tooth problem.she said the tooth needs to be extracted and did extract on Wednesday.it was a very professional and kind service .post extraction service was excellent
Absolutely terrible, went in for an emergency appointment on a Sunday. They said I had an abscess and started root canel. I had to go to the hospital that night and a ct scan revealed NO abscess. Went back to this dentist and she still insisted and tried to get rid of the so called abscess, but it wasn’t there. She injected needles to numb but didn’t wait for the numbing to take effect before she started drilling in my tooth. I was crying in so much pain. Never again.
