Steve deserves every 5 star review. He is a great mechanic who will go above and beyond for his clients. Most importantly, as a woman, I trust him 100%. He is open and honest with his assessment of the car's problems and ways to find cheaper alternatives. I have been really happy with the prices too. Highly recommended.
Steve was absolutely incredible. Called this morning as needed assistance with my car, he helped me over the phone and was such a genuine bloke - made sure I didn’t waste my money! First time chatting to Steve and absolutely will be going here from now on, amazing customer service to someone who wasn’t even paying, just genuinely wanted to help me out!!!
Steve is one of the good ones. Honest, genuine, patient and always takes the time to explain things in a way that's easy to understand, especially if you're not particularly car savvy. His pricing is fair, his service is efficient and you never feel pressured or talked down to. It's hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust and Steve is exactly that. Highly recommend!
