Some medical has to stay private but the staff was and is amazing.
Had an appointment. Showed up, and told I had no appointment. They asked who I was seeing and said..."oh they were supposed to call you." Not sure who "they" was, but they said the appt was switched to a call, and just wait. No call, lots of waiting, time off work, and I got a letter in the mail the following Monday saying the provider wasn't going to be with the practice after July. Still no appointment. Still no call.
