Unfortunately, one star was the lowest I could go. I need to warn potential customers of taking their Jeep into this service center. I brought my 1 week old car in after a fender bender....after 2 and a half weeks of back and fourth in and out of the dealership (due to their lack of detail orientation and CARELESSNESS). 3 different problems were discovered and then discovered to have not been a problem....
