Service dept was nice first time! Next time when I went there for them to fix a recall and asked for them to put window guards on a simple thing . Couldn’t open truck door . So went back and still a screw up! They screwed it up in the first place charged for a 3 hour job that only took 20 minutes and then forgot little pieces to complete it said something to the gentleman and he had said because of my inconvenience he would give me a free oil change and when I mentioned that! I had an excellent experience! I just bought a 2017 Jeep overland and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are all very helpful and the gentlemen who was helping me Jeff was down to earth, knowledgeable and friendly. I could not be happier with my purchase and the staff at McGovern!

I bought a Jeep from McGovern And the service was great, the salesman William was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was capable of answering all my questions and helped me understand the value and benefits that Jeep would have for me. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends, coworkers and family!
I had a great experience today the staff was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable of all the questions I asked. And I asked a lot. The staff did not make me feel pressured into buying anyting which made it more enjoyable to look around and want to purchase. Thanks everyone that assisted me today
Do not go here! Bought a Wrangler custom made from them and nothing but problems! Excessive rust which they dismissed even though I had an extended warranty-wanted to charge me over 500$ for new brakes-well I got those done plus rust removal and coating from a local mechanic for less than that-my agitated service representative”Michael”and the rest of your group will never see me again!
These guys are great. I never thought I would enjoy the car buying experience...but I did!!! John Murphy was great! He was helpful, knowledgeable and NOT pushy...I highly recommend!
This is the only dealership you need to visit. There are many dealerships that claim to take care of their customers and fall short but not the McGovern Jeep Dodge team. Roman my sales rep and John the GM are outstanding. The respect shown by both on a personal and professional level are beyond what you would except.
