Poor service Very poor service. I had a kitchen sink back up where dirty water from other units overflowed from the sink and flooded the kitchen floor and carpet area. I had to throw away a lot of stuff like the white hand towels (which became brown from the water). The complex helped by cleaning a little but didn't really disinfect or completely clean (there are still pieces of dirt and sewage they left on the counter and the floor). Great Location, Aging Apartment Bayside Village is in a beautiful location right along the Embarcadero. Super easy walk to the Financial District (there is also a Shuttle), or easy walk to the CalTrain. Being able to walk out along the water on the Embarcadero is great for morning runs or night strolls. The apartments themselves are starting to show signs of age, but the complex is much cheaper than many of the complexes in the nearby area.
