I was contacted in a very timely manner but the vehicle type I am interested sold and was no longer available. The did promise to let me know when another such car is available.
The dealership was prompt and helpful, we purchased a different car but are very happy with the service we received!

Josh was excellent in contacting me. He did a follow-up call. He was very understanding when I told him this was not the car for us. Said he would keep an eye out for what I was looking for. One of my better experiences.
