Excellent service excellent response
This was the easiest car purchase I have made. Josh the salesman and Mellisa the Finance manager were super easy to work with.
I contacted Bayside dealer via CarGurus to give me availability and out the door cost to take 2021 nx300 home. I was contacted by various dealer employees via email but none of them provided the requested information. Finally, we called them to get the information. They provided the OTD but added unacceptable charges of almost $1600 + $500 processing fee. I was expecting only $500 processing fee. After talking to them they removed $800 but kept $800 reconditioning charges + processing fee. That's $1300 added to an already ov... read more
Very helpful! Not pushy.
Spoke to salesperson and they charge 3k over MSRP, very sad that they are taking advantage of the chip shortage by charging over sticker price, if you are looking for a toyota please call every toyota dealership, I was able to find four in the area that do not charge over MSRP.!!! I will be getting my new venza next month.
