Low pressure, friendly and professional.
Although I did not purchase from this dealer, they were very easy to work with. They responded quickly to any question and gave a very competitive price. I will definitely consider them for future vehicle purchases.
Initial response - discussed proposed amount to offer...salesperson stated, "will check with my manager and get back to you [sic]". More than week - no response from Bayside. Ok - not interested in dealing with this group. No harm...no foul.
They have kept in contact, still haven't made up my mind yet.
Pleasant experience. Salesman took his time to with us going over used vehicle and test ride. Did purchase vehicles for very reasonable price. Found some big ticket items not fully functional 1st day, but dealer/service took responsibility and repaired at no cost to me. Took some while to get parts and install, but service did it right. Honest and professional dealership. I would consider purchasing in the future from Bayside Toyota, again.

Michele was amazing!! She is the main reason I elected to make my purchase through Bayside Auto Group. She was supportive and responsive but not the least bit pushy or aggressive. I had been looking online for a couple of months and most of the dealers I communicated with were so aggressive that they came across as hostile and offensive. Thank you, Bayside!!
