Sam is a wonderful bloke who goes far beyond the scope of expected customer service. He allowed me to bring my bus to his house so that he could work on removing my old air conditioning system in between jobs. He kept me informed with the whole process - and made me feel welcome to come to him with any future questions I had concerning the aircon for my bus. He did all this for an extremely fair price.
