Updating as things have changed. I finally found a nail tech I loved. Thorough, articulate, did an amazing job. She unfortunately has moved elsewhere. :( I booked my most recent appointment with Maria but when I arrived she passed me on to Tammy stating she was taking on Chantels clients and she's just as good. This has become more of a greedy business. They take appointments without checking if they can actually treat customers properly. I came in at the allotted time had to wait for another 5 mints put me on the pedicure seat for manicure which was so awkward. Waited for another 10 mints. I had two techs who just passed me around. Then I had to move again to a different seat. I saw the same thing happening to 3 people right in front of me. Their uv light is dirty the place is not sanitary anymore.

I usually haven't had any issues with this salon. But I feel they must've changed the products they used lately. Nails breaking super easily. And the last set I got (new set) had 5 of them start lifting after a few days. Had to go back twice to get them fixed. They charged me $15 to fix them the second time, and they weren't very neat with the polish job.
