We have been going to bayside for years and they have always been helpful and responsive to our needs. Trustworthy and kind.
The directions were wrong from Concord ca to Walnut Creek CA. I was late 10 extra minutes for my sons doctor's appointment. They asked me not to be late. I was late
Awful place they make you wait an hour every time so unacceptable, avoid this place. John Muir much more organized.
The staff at Bayside have taken great care of my children since birth. With four children that each have their own special needs, this office insure the best care possible. I love how they explain everything so simply for me to understand. I know my family is in good hands.
So let me start with the 4 stars is not for medical care. My review starts with 5 stars for the Doctor and quality of care. They lose one star for their lack of child amenities. They have a nice little waiting room with a little table and chairs but no toys. Yeah there are books but kids who don't feel well want to play. I'd recommend some small toys/Legos. Also (doesn't affect the review but as a Cal alumni it's hard to go to Stanford anything lol).
