Filthy, rat., mouse and waterbug infested. No repairs done and management doesnt care about the tenants. They have hardly any staff and none on the weekends. If you have an emergency after 4pm there is no help. The recycleable garbage is left to pile unto the side walk and its filthy and dirty and you can not walk. Disgusting. Leaks that never get fixed. Plain dirty
I loved living here. We moved out several years ago, but many good memories. Beautiful, park like setting. Right next to LIRR, (20 min to Penn Station). Next to Bell Blvd and all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Location could not be better. Just blocks from the Cross Island Expressway and the Clearview Expressway.
Inattentive management, long time infested pests, a nightmare materialized. RUN!!!
The re-cycling garbage accumulation is unbearable. It has become progressively worse over the years. In the recent past we experienced a horrific rodent & roach infestation. Unfortunately, management refuses to communicate with tenants personally.
