This is the dirtiest apartment I’ve ever lived in. Yes, there are mice. I moved out as soon as I could. The mice left droppings in my shoes, couch, frying pan, stove and just anywhere you can think of. I gave documented health symptoms from living here. My neighbor literally passed away from lung cancer probably because of the mold
Filthy, rat., mouse and waterbug infested. No repairs done and management doesnt care about the tenants. They have hardly any staff and none on the weekends. If you have an emergency after 4pm there is no help. The recycleable garbage is left to pile unto the side walk and its filthy and dirty and you can not walk. Disgusting. Leaks that never get fixed. Plain dirty
I loved living here. We moved out several years ago, but many good memories. Beautiful, park like setting. Right next to LIRR, (20 min to Penn Station). Next to Bell Blvd and all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Location could not be better. Just blocks from the Cross Island Expressway and the Clearview Expressway.
