Don't touch it with a barge pole. It's dirty run down and the pool was filthy. Our room was a suit, I was cleaner before I got in the shower. Walls black. Tiles falling off the wall, furniture falling to pieces and quite frightening at night as some workers who were staying there decided to fall out with each other, knocking on everyone's door to be let in. I've been there before years ago and it was lovely, it's just been left to rot

Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else! Horrible service, and the swimming lagoon was a cesspool full of jellyfish!

Worst place I ever stayed. Had to change rooms because the bedbugs ate me alive. Customers service was nothing to write home about. Would not recommend to anyone.

I don't understand the negative reviews. We stayed last night, and the bay view room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff was super nice and Snook's was fantastic as well. My only complaint is a couple of the blinds were missing so it got too bright in our room to sleep in - but I'm like a vampire and require pitch black sleeping conditions. We will be back again this winter - great quick getaway from West Palm!

Our stay here was nice and peaceful. It's not a 5 star resort but it was nice the view was beautiful and I have no complaints at all.
