It's a great place staff is nice and helpful and the beach is amazing

Charged us for room keys $50 and would not take charge off out credit card even after we returned our keys. Very arrogant on the phone when asked about this charge. Stated we didn't return our keys even thought they gave us a receipt showing us a credit. NO CREDIT...Had to dispute the charge with credit card company. Clean - 0, Room - 0. I wouldn't stay or recommend this outdated, old, rundown place to anyone, would not stay here if I was paid to do so.
When you come to the Keys you spend more time outdoors than in your room which is a good thing. We always have a great time here. I only wish the bathroom was more hygienic. It was pretty gross.
The staff is really friendly, love how close it's from the beach to see the sunset. Nice and confy clean rooms.
It's good for what you pay, to me the most important part is that the room is clean, that the mattress is comfortable and that I don't see any bugs, plenty of pillows, even though we brought two of our own. The ac was cool enough. Now the pool didn't look clean and they could do a better job at cleaning the outside, the elevator and painting the doors. But for a short trip it served it's purpose
Bayside inn is a false advertisement.... The staff is super rude and the facility needs to be shut down immediately... Can u say health department
It is a good hotel. I gave it excellent because the staff is super friendly and quite helpful. It is not 5 star hotel but they have clean beds, bathrooms and fresh linens. Given the location there are more expensive options but for the money this is a decent place. Great place for divers. Only suggestion: make space for hanging wet gear in the rooms or just outside the room.
