Really disappointed with my experience here. I asked for a cool ashy blonde colour and left with a very brassy blonde colour. I didn’t really feel listened to about what I wanted. I was really disappointed with the results. I visited a different salon the same afternoon where they listened to what I wanted and corrected the cut and will also be correcting the colour. First time visiting... Went for eyebrow tidy & tint, this was done perfectly! Lovely place with beautiful staff.
12 months ago a hair was only, no blow dry, just a quick wash was $10 which I admit was a bargain and because of shoulder and neck issues I can’t wash my own hair. Then it went up to $15. Still a good price and something on the disability pension I could afford. But when I last went in I was quoted $15 on the phone but when I left they told me $25. Not. Something I can afford.
