Stephanie was empathetic, professional and efficient when I called after being left in the lurch by another company and had a plumber out to our place very quickly. Corey was excellent! He was trustworthy, friendly and did a great job for a really reasonable price. Highly recommend!

After trying for months to get our Swift Caravan cooktop recall rectified, besideds dragging the van to Somerton from the South East, and leaving it there for 24 hours and then returning the next day to collect - not really an option - we were reccomneded to try Bayside Gas. After playing telephone tag, an appointment was set up, and on the agreed day and time they arrived, handed them the keys and within an hour they were done. Thanks guys for the great service. Wife very happy.

Corey and his team responded to my email booking really quickly and booked me for my service that same week - even though I was limited with days they could attend. Great communication and as usual Corey was friendly, professional and thorough with his work. Quick, easy and good value. The reasons why I keep using their business.

This is one company I would stay away from. 3 visits & about $900 to fix a problem with the gas heating unit & it worked for about 2 days. Not to mention you wait weeks for someone to actually come. Save yourself the money and hassle and get another company to do the job.
