I’ve been here since 2010. While it’s not perfect (no place is), I haven’t had any issues! If something is broken, they come fix it! I appreciate the events they have too! My only wish is for an elevator, I’m on the 3rd floor and I’m getting older LOL
I went there this weekend took a small tour very nice place
Honestly I had a grandfather and good friend that lived here they up your rent each year, when it should start high and go down as a loyal renter! Also they rarely take care of basic issues no hot water always leaky apartments and much more! Good luck to anyone single family trying to afford this place 🤙
I love living here! It’s close to everything you need and it’s extremely quiet. My building faces the back of the property so I enjoy a wooded view. The management company responds quickly to issues and takes excellent care of the property. The clubhouse is beautiful and tastefully decorated. I love the pool and the gym. I’m lucky that my neighbors are quiet and respectful. Thanks Bayside
