I recently moved into this apartment and the experience has been amazing so far. The move in process was super easy, and everyone I’ve encountered from the office staff to the maintenance team has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The area itself is peaceful and quiet, which made me feel at home right away. I’m truly happy with my decision to move here!
Bayside has been a lovely place to live! I've been here for a little less than a year and here are some of the pros: - Maintenance is almost always there day of, especially if there's any emergency - The grounds are well maintained and so is your patio (if you're on the ground floor) from frequent visits from the landscaping crew - Dogs everywhere!! If you love animals, this is a great place to see happy doggos - The location is amazing, you're super close to Rocky Point Park, Pawtuxet Village, and Conimicut Point
I’ve been living at Bayside A since March and I’ve loved my time here so far. The community is quiet and those I’ve interacted with are friendly. It’s located near plenty of things in walking distance, if that’s your style. I haven’t personally needed any maintenance requests but can see that maintenance is on top of anything else needed, such as routine fire safety checks. As a new resident, I am extremely impressed with how clean and quiet the community is. The staff is wonderful and always available and helpful with any questions. The maintenance team is fantastic and responds to requests quickly and efficiently. It’s a really nice apartment complex.
