I went there this weekend took a small tour very nice place
Honestly I had a grandfather and good friend that lived here they up your rent each year, when it should start high and go down as a loyal renter! Also they rarely take care of basic issues no hot water always leaky apartments and much more! Good luck to anyone single family trying to afford this place 🤙
Great homes and very clean hope to get one
My family have lived at Bayside Apartments for 28 years and counting! My parents raised us here because we felt safe and like Bayside was our home. The pool, basketball courts, large beautiful landscapes, and amenities have provided hours of entertainment and relaxation. Add to that the cookouts, seasonal events and parties that provide a welcoming sense of community and allow us to meet our neighbors. We are proud to be residents for nearly 3 decades! Thank you for all that you do.
Every time there is a problem that I address to the staff and maintenance they are always very accommodating and fix the problems asap. I am always very impressed by the speedy service!
