I’ve been living at Bayside A since March and I’ve loved my time here so far. The community is quiet and those I’ve interacted with are friendly. It’s located near plenty of things in walking distance, if that’s your style. I haven’t personally needed any maintenance requests but can see that maintenance is on top of anything else needed, such as routine fire safety checks. As a new resident, I am extremely impressed with how clean and quiet the community is. The staff is wonderful and always available and helpful with any questions. The maintenance team is fantastic and responds to requests quickly and efficiently. It’s a really nice apartment complex.

We've lived here for a year now, but only just put in our first maintenance request for our broken fridge. Someone from the team was at my door the same day and even though they couldn't fix the problem they replaced it the next day! It didn't cost me anything and the staff communicated with me the whole time.
