My mom recently had her colonoscopy at Bayside Ambulatory Surgery Center, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was kind, professional, and very attentive, which immediately put her at ease. The nurses and providers took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all our questions with patience and care. The facility was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Masson Maria incorrectly filed my claim and refuse to follow up with me or respond to my emails and was very rude to me . I would highly suggest unless they get better management you do not use this facility
they told 9am to noon for my colonoscopy and it was exactly that. everyone friendly nice and professional
I had a very good experience, everything went well. Only thing that I didn't appreciate was after the procedure, I requested for nurse Mia to hand me my phone from under the bed. She refused to,I reached under to grab it. While using it she asked me to put it away,so that she wouldn't damage it. I questioned, what do you exactly mean by damage, then she went on to say, ohh I mean I don't want to get blood on it. Mind you, my phone was on my opposite arm of the IV.
