Ask for Excellent staff Jennifer. J. Fully fully experienced wound care specialist. Along with her staff. She should become the chief at this wound care facility. Very responsive for the care of patients. We were blown away. Of how she performs. She serves Bayshore wound care extremely well. We are sure some other company will scoop her up. Perhaps the worst experience with a doctor. No one should go this facility. Their web site is very misleading. They do not provide the services offered. Take my advice and find somewhere else to go should you need would care. The employees working there were very nice. They should work elsewhere
A little disappointed there's no bench in front of the building for people to rest on when waiting for their ride. Sitting in my jeep waiting for my mother to come out and an old man with a walker is circling the sidewalk. He's leaning left and right. He's grabbing the front bar for support. Completely unacceptable. There should be a bench for the disabled and senior citizens to rest while waiting for pick up.
Professional, efficient staff. Old people are difficult to deal with, well done.
I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT AT BAYSHORE WOUND CARE LOCATED HOLMDEL, NJ SINCE OCTOBER 2020. I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR. PATEL WHO HAS BEEN ASSISTED BY TWO FANTASTIC NURSES KAREN AND ATIYA. DR PATEL HAS BEEN KIND, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE, AND GENTLE WHEN TREATING MY WOUND. I WOULD BE AMISS IF I DIDN'T SPECIFICALLY WRITE ABOUT NURSE KAREN. AFTER MONTHS OF TREATMENT AND FEELING A LITTLE FRUSTRATED, SHE IMMEDIATELY LISTENED TO MY FEARS, CALMED MY ANXIETY, AND SPOKE TO DR PATEL ON MY BEHALF.
