Nice staff, Dr. Firnette is a lovely person and a good vet. However the practice owner Dr. Monroe leaves much to be desired as a person. We had an issue about how our wellness exams were conducted in Nov. 2015 and I aired my displeasure about the unprofessional and unethical way she examined my 3 dogs and never set foot in the room once, not even to greet me.
