Verified Renter Bayshore place is a very comfortable, friendly environment and nice and quiet. The location is very convenient too. Only thing is it takes a long time to get things fixed if needed due to being short staffed with maintenance.
Verified Renter The property managers are awesome and so helpful. My apartment is super quiet, too. I LOVE the location, and having the option to park in the Bayshore parking garage for free is huge!

Verified Renter Love the surrounding area. Love the layout of the loft & the overall housing community, however some minor adjustments could have been made prior to moving in. Also, more upkeep of facilities (i.e hallways, floors) would be appreciated.
