Wished I Never Lived There I wished I never lived at Bayshore Place. I expected a clean, comfortable, and secure place to live. Instead, I felt unsafe and experienced far too many inconveniences. Re: safety, the brawls in March in the plaza outside Bayshore Place were unsettling on many levels. It was violent crime in my own backyard. Verified Renter In reality the rent is worth about 30% less than what they charge. When I tell people what they charge, their response is almost always "can we go swimming at your place" and i usually respond "sure if you can find it because I still haven't." Then my friends ask what amenities we do get and I say a few pieces of exercise equipment. Another thing is that when we move in. Verified Renter I love living at Bayshore Place! The positive energy and helpful management create a great atmosphere. Gabby is simply awesome. I feel safe here, and the proximity to shopping is a great asset. My only concern is that the elevator frequently malfunctions.

Verified Renter Love it here. Close to shops, Trader Joe’s etc. can walk o the lake. Ease off the expressway. 19 minutes from downtown. Great apartment management. Has a movie theater and bowling plus restaurants. Definitely a great lifestyle place to live
