My acute abdomen relative (29, athletic girl) was left in excrutiating pain for 36 hrs (as I write this, and still counting)- was given one morphine/fentanyl after another. GI cocktail made it even worse, pain 10/10 since admission, drs didn't bother to come bedside. CT negative, nobody knows the diagnosis as of now. 24 hrs after admission she was ordered MRI- ffwd, another 12 hrs,still waiting. My sister just had a baby there. Her overall experience was fine, but with everything going on with Covid-19, the hospital understandably only allowed her husband to come in, which we all agree with. However, as she is trying to finalize her discharge from the hospital, some random photographer shows up and starts forcing them to take photos even though my sister refused multiple times.
