We had Bayshore for a number of months helping to care for our dad as the dementia is progressing. The staff that came were helpful and nice. However there were many times caregivers didn’t show, or we were contacted last minute to say no one was coming and they had no replacements. Also every month I’d get email from the financially office saying we never paid and I’d have to send proof of my payments for their services. And Times I left messages and were never contacted. I'm utterly shocked to come online and actually see a five-star rating for Bayshore Home Health! My mother who works a full-time job and is a full-time caregiver for my father at home, has been let down by this company time after time again! Week after week they have canceled last minute or as of today have had a "no-show" leaving her high and dry when my mother is depending on them. I only wish that my mother got the same sort of service as those who are rating this company five star Truly a disappointment!

I would like to thank the amazing staff at Bayshore for the excellent care they provide to my parents. They go above and beyond, and bravely face the very difficult challenges brought on by the Covid 19 pandemic. I can't say thank you enough!
