Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. This place is terrible! I just bought a car 2 weeks ago tomorrow and not even a week after, I had issues with the water pump. The car was sold to me as is and I paid 5,200 CASH for it for it to mess up 5 days later. I understand buying a car as is but why the hell would you sell a car to someone with such a big and costly issue. There is NO WAY they didn't know.
