RecommendedI have a Grand Marguis and the back end of the car was not level. I took it to Bayshore Ford and they found a problem. with the air compressor that affected the air shocks. The Service Manager, Pat did an excellent job in ordering the new compressor and getting it installed. My experience has been that the service department at Bayshore Ford goes out of their way to satisfy its customers
They have 2 great mechanics and a great parts manager.
Service staff was informative, friendly, and genuine. They were fantastic and were able to solve 5he small issue my car had and explained why the issue occurred and were very fast with the service.
Had my transit serviced, tires, and brakes. Pat is a true professional. very accommodating, and most importantly, no surprises in the bill! Great Job!!!!!!!
The service was reasonable and Brett was very helpful and set my Escape up for service very quickly. I have dealt with Bayshore for about 5 years and never had a problem with them.
Bought a truck here 3 weeks ago. Noticed a noise coming from the enjoy bay on the way home. Notified my salesman the next day and by the time I had the time to make it back down there to drop it back off I figured it would be taken care of. Instead nothing was done and they said the noise was “normal”. I know 4 people with the same vehicle that does not make the noise.
