Great Hospital.
I was a patient in the ER here a few weeks ago and had the most incredible experience. From security guard, Erik, to my nurse, Staci, everyone was phenomenal. Thank you to Dr. Arif for the great care. I’m feeling much better.
Had a recent visit with my grandmother and I just want to praise a certain security guard. Eri was his name and his care and compassion was outstanding. He helped my grandmother out of the car and into a wheelchair and wheeled her all the way to the front desk. As I got out and followed he kindly told me to move my car. The "head of security" Derek is an absolute joke. He has no business being in any type of professional work setting. His attitude, manner of speech, and overall etiquette is disgusting to say the least.
The worst possible hospital outside of perhaps a 3rd world country. Absolutely the most unprofessional staff i have ever encountered, especially Derek the security regard who shows no empathy or professionalism. The emergency room staff need to be re-trained on addressing patient issues. I look forward to hospital administration reaching out to me to address this. Unless your dying, go elsewhere and even then try to stay away.
