Five star service all the way! Troys gang over there are the best!
Bays is honest and thorough. I️ never have to worry about being taken advantage of at Bays. The owner and manager explain in detail of all the work that needs to be done. And if you can’t afford or just don’t want to deal with non-urgent tasks they are never pushy. They politely let you know their expertise and then let you decide. And everyone is friendly.
I've been going to Bays Auto for several years now and was never disappointed. Honest and trustworthy are the words I would use to describe them. Troy, Dean and everyone are top notch professionals. They always explain in detail what needs to be fixed and always give me the best prices. I have an old van and do travel long distances due to my work and this is the only auto repair service I trust for I've had bad experiences in the past, but not with Bays Auto. This is my mechanic, period !!
Great service and a great team. It's always hard to find an auto shop that you can truly trust, but with them I never worry that the services they suggest to me aren't truly necessary. They will even tell you if a suggestion is critical or which ones are just good ideas for maintenance. Completely approachable guys and they will help you understand your services every step of the way!
My husband and I have been so impressed with Bays Complete Auto Repair. Went in for brake pads and oil change. After inspection they said the brake pads were not necessary yet! How many times has that happened! Thank you Troy and Dean
What can I say about Bay Complete Auto and Troy and his team! Amazing, honest, caring and fair. You don't hear that often in an auto repair shop. This is no ordinary repair shop. Troy and his team always make me feel so important and I am a client for life.
I have a new friend in the Auto Repair business. We were planning another out of state trip and chose to try Bays Complete Auto Repair to get an oil change which comes with a safety check. I had felt a little give in the suspension of the wife's van on the way there and sure enough motor mounts had gone out since the last amount of significant work was done on the van over a year ago. Troy and his crew took great care of us and our trip went without a hitch. Toyota Sienna 160,000 miles and still going.
Dean and the guys were great I would highly recommend them!
