Troy took care of my mother Jean Parker yesterday. She told me that he made her feel very comfortable and explained exactly what he would be doing to her car and Why. She appreciated Troy being transparent with her. I live out of State in CA but felt comfortable to have my Mom give Troy a shot and I am glad her took care of my Mom.
