I’ve lived here for some time. It’s fairly quiet. My unit is in the perfect spot. When I’ve made request to get things fixed the manager Olivia has been prompt in getting it done. The trees covered the pool area and she was able to get them cut back. I’m hoping this will help with the pool being warmer this summer. My flooring needed repairs and things were taken care of almost instantly.
Can’t wait to move in! Property is nice price is good and the area is amazing! nice and secure! Olivia Martinez was the best! Helpful with everything and super responsive. Happy I made the choice to be here!
Communication has been improving, the area does need some approvement but like I say it getting there just slowly. Overall I enjoy living here and am glad it is a pet friendly
I've been at the Bay Ridge apartment complex in San Pedro for 1 years now, and I've had no issues. Olivia has been very helpful, and we look forward to living there for a while
best decision i made was moving here. great area views,&community. Property management ( Olivia Martinez) is so cool and quick to respond to any question and concerns before moving. Also the property handy man is always around for emergencies n does great work.
