Such a nice apartment!
I moved here 2 years ago from out of state, and I got lucky. The Administrative staff, the Maintenance staff, and anyone else, has always been responsive and helpful. Thankful.
I lived on this property for 2 years and I must say that I had a rat and mouse problem. Roaches ant issues The lady in the office by the name of Kristen shares your personal information with other tenants such as Willie and Mary Willie and Mary will monitor everything you do. They report everything to the office. They take photos. Mr. Willie walks the parking lot making people feel uncomfortable. I’ve lived here for 3.5 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property management team is incredibly attentive and always quick to address any issues – most repairs are resolved within two days! The community is wonderful; the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Plus, the location is unbeatable – across the street from both the beach and a great park.
Been here for 4 years and i love it. Maintanance is very helpfull and apartment are comfortable
