Basically treated with over priced prescriptions for over the counter products and had to follow up with an ENT the next day. Flu s/s but never tested for Flu or Step at this time of year.

We’ve been to Bayou Urgent Care several times since moving to St. Bernard and are always impressed with the service we get. This morning I went for a sinus infection (my ENT is out of the country and his office recommended urgent care). Within twenty minutes of arriving I was treated and released. I know it’s not possible to always have that quick service, especially if word gets out about how great they are, but I was so thankful since I am super busy and don’t have time to be sick! The entire staff was wonderful.
I highly recommend Bayou Urgent Care. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Wait times are minimal. They are an asset to our community.
Always great service but just received above and beyond service after being sent to the ER from bayou yesterday! A personal call, from the Dr, the day after to check on my son and see what happen at the hospital. Such a nice touch especially as busy as I know they are right now with so many virus' going around. Thank you for making my experience great and really caring about your patients!!!!
Best experience I have ever had at an urgent care center. I was in and out in no time and everyone was so friendly. Dr. Fernandez and his nurse were very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me and doing it efficiently which is hard to find these days. Will definitely be back for any urgent care needs!
