I used to recommend Bayou Urgent Care but I never will again. They turned me away yesterday and I told them I had a bladder infection. By the time I got home I was urinating blood. What kind of medical provider would leave a girl in that much pain for 2+ days? Apparently your office. I showed up at 4:45 and they would not see me

Yesterday I spoke with someone named Nina on the phone. She was incredibly rude to me. I have been to bayou urgent care before as a patient and with family members too. I called a few hours after talking to nina and asked to speak with Angelica because she has been the one I've spoken with in the past. I was told that she no longer works for your company! You really need to get Angelica back or hire more people like her. She was always so kind and helpful to me and my family. I won't be back if your employees are rude.

Does not stay open to 8pm as listed. lights were off and does were locked at 7:40pm. Receptionist answered the phone and informed me that they are allowed to close early while I am sitting in the parking lot.
So check to see what time they close 8:00 EVEN call and speak to receptionist letting them know we are on the way! Pull up 7:40 all lights are off and provider left. They answered the phone to let me know they were closed and they are ALLOWED to close early the owner told them so.
